A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a B.S. in Business Marketing, Oliver was a collegiate athlete who signed a professional basketball contract to play in Lisbon, Portugal before returning to the Twin Cities to build a career in financial services. He brought the same discipline and drive home with him: in 2025 he finished as Fairway's #1 individual loan officer, funding more than $105 million in home loans — pairing that volume with some of the fastest turn times in the industry and the kind of personal guidance that turns first-time buyers into lifelong clients.
